As a Web developer, I seldom have face-to-face meetings with my clients. Normally the meetings are calls that last 3-4 time longer than they should if we were sitting in the same room. So, enter in online meetings with WebEx.
With WebEx you can conduct online meetings, give virtual presentations, share your screen and more with your meeting participants.
I signed up for the free trial, linked below, and had a blast with the tool. Overall the software was easy to install, just like installing Flash. Click a button, let it do it’s thing. Kinda idiot proof for the most part.
From there you can schedule meetings with your clients and begin to make better use of your meeting time.
